SELECT TENNESSEE CERTIFICATION MAKES TEAM
LAWRENCE COMMERCE PARK MORE ATTRACTIVE

The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development has certified two sites at the Team Lawrence Commerce Park as Select Tennessee "shovel ready" sites for industrial construction.  The certification includes a 33-acre site adjacent to the new spec building and a 67-acre parcel with available rail service.

The certification means that all geo-technical and environmental studies have been completed and the site now stands ready for construction.  The program acknowledges that companies looking to expand or relocate their operations ofter eliminate less-prepared sites and this certification addresses this issue by ensuring sites meet a specific standard.

The sites at the Park are two of only 34 certified properties in Tennessee..
